About Boston Globe Media’s Inclusion Council
The Inclusion Council is a cross-functional team with members from all newsrooms and business departments within the company. The Council’s work focuses on both short and long term plans to enable greater diversity, equity, and inclusion across several workstreams:

- Business Process Redesign
- Audience Growth
- Learning & Development
Inclusion Council members meet regularly and work collaboratively in subcommittees and as one team. The Council develops actionable ideas and initiatives that create a more inclusive and welcoming environment at Boston Globe Media. All current and new employees are invited to participate.
